The most recent activated champ mod will override the other. So you have unstop scout, and it will be unstop until for example: you pick up an orb for volatile, which is good for barriers. As long as that timer of volatile is active your scout will be usefull against barriers, and unstop will be gone. And back to unstop when volatile is gone.
