A couple 76's will be plenty of turbo for your goals. The 10.2 deck with a 4.25 crank will work well. Mine is 9.8 but I kept mine smaller for a single turbo. Any decent head will work.

Sure you can put bigger turbos on and make more power or run a smaller motor but a 427 with this setup would be a great street setup. Great low end and top end.
