The addition of the scaling feature helps as games that do not run well on Deck can be toned down. The current "meta game" for great performance is either 0.50x or 0.75x render scale docked + FSR. Ryujinx is quite as robust so if a game does not run well, you are out of luck. I would actually have both installed.

The most common cause of poor framerates in Yuzu on Deck is not using Vulkan. You can fix that by going into Yuzu and clicking where it says OpenGL at the bottom. It should change to say Vulkan.
