General Information. Hell Week is a grueling but fun series of workouts in the days leading up to Halloween. It usually runs from October 24th to October 31st every year. If you complete a minimum number of workouts during Hell Week (5 for 2021, 4 for 2022), you may receive a cool t-shirt or tank top from your studio. I am one to modify a lot of the exercises because I have a lot of bone and joint issues. So, I come here for early intel to see if I can actually do the workout. The only reason why I would cancel is if the workout would be too difficult for my body to handle. I really do appreciate the early intel from our future friends because of this.
