You also can’t emulate an NFC tag on iOS. Its just not possible. The closest you can get is doing it via a pass in the wallet but it’s limited to a certain set of information and you need a certificate from apple to do it. Which even if you got, the limited info you can emulate wouldn’t be sufficient for an amiibo.
