Shave them off at their base to get the armrest free. Be careful regarding how thick the upholstery leather is because it will force the armrest to stand out more from the door, thus the posts will not be flush on the backside like they were when you removed them. I'm basing this off of my STX armrests.Only the switch panel needs to be removed. To remove it just pull up on it in the front then pull the back out. It is held in by spring clips. Once it is off there is one 8mm bolt behind it. No clips holding in this door panel. Once all the bolts are out and speaker is out the panel pulls straight up and off.
