The Poleblade will be a little weak but you'd probably do best with a pure Dex build. Pure Arc wouldn't do anything for HoM whereas pure Dex does help Eleonora's at least some. Splitting between them would be the worst of both worlds. If you're planning to go to like over RL250, then in that case yeah just raise both to 80.Even with dex and arc it still feels dinky to me.
