But if you’ve got them as a result of a bug, I could see the desire to reset this to normal. In that case definitely consider the solution already given. You need to find fragments of power. Using one will give you 10 permanent feat points, so you can grind them to gain enough feat points to learn everything if you want that. You could also look into the potion (s) that refund your feat points to learn different ones and skip feats you have no use for anymore (like mid tier weapons or armor you ...
