I would probably go with the Kawasaki. 3 Year commercial use warranty vs 1 year commercial use for the Briggs. The FS is the same as the FX series for the block, pistons, heads.
Kinda complicated, so the best way to tell ya, is to show ya.. I did it the second time in 2 5ft/lb steps. 45 ft/lbs is the recommended torque.
