KTM has promised this bike to be less restrictive than XCF-Ws of the past, as it's supposed to be a "racer," not just a trail bike. My buddy owned a 2020 KTM 500 XCF-W. It still had the O2 sensor and I believe the intake reeds. These 2023 450's don't have either.
