I recently started a subjugation (vassalization) CB and steamrolled their whole empire, but I'm torn between Status Quo and enforcing complete vassalization. If I choose Status Quo, the enemy breaks into 2, a loyal vassal with my civics (liberation essentially) and an independent but pathetic enemy.
