I have been following every set up guide and new fixes etc. but I actually can not play properly the game because my emulator does not "render properly" the game, in particular the light/gloom effect you have on torches etc. so I actually can not go further than the first minutes of game.I'm using a i5-10300H @ 2.5 GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650Ti laptop, also installed Dynamic FPS 1.5.1, some Visual Fix Mods and a 60 fps lock mod. and I run ToTK at 35-60 FPS. If I open a web browser, it sometimes fluctuates at 25 fps, but still consistent at 30 fps+. So I'd say if you have a limited budget, 16GB RAM would be fine.This might suck, but drop it all and pick it back up. Do it for one of the items and see if it fixes it.
