Good luck out there. Targeted loot, no specific way. it's a world drop, best way to farm it is backpack targeted loot. Ask a hunter nicely he will direct you to the Outcast who made it for him. Targeted loot is good, open your exotic caches as well. Don't worry dude I've been farming solid for 4 weeks and no dice.Since I only know of 2 exotic backpacks, the Acosta and Memento I’m starting to wonder if Memento even drops from Countdown. Either I’m really lucky to have all these exotic backpacks dropping in the first place or I’m extremely unlucky that none of them are the one I want. Definitely remember to target backpacks! 😁.
