It's the timing. Off peak for example would be like a 6p-3am which is when shuttles are used less. On peak could be like 8p-4am. The off peak and peak shuttles are for premiere. I purchased regular shuttle passes and never waited more than 30min. We left from Tropicana every day at 6p and the speedway at 3am. The One n Only people are pretty bad about it too. We've had several discussions with their people in the past about how they descend upon threads about their service. Other big shill companies that do that here are Lunchbox and the Vitaplur Gum people. Lunchbox may be a legit product but the people running the company suck. I used ONO shuttles for EDCLV 2023 and they were fairly good. I would definitely prefer to use the official shuttles just due to the fact that there are various pick up points, but ONO only supported one pick up location, which was near the sphere at the time.
