I have figured out what the Teleport Cable does. It allows you to have more than one pair of teleporters per base on the same power grid. As an example, create 4 teleporters and connect them all to the same power source. Now, connect teleporter #1 directly to teleporter #2 using the Teleporter Cable and do the same with connecting #3 & #4. I thought it works for everything. Thanks for the info tho.
