As far as aftermarket support goes, it looks like the availability of parts favors the 870, followed by the 500 (there are some issues with the 590A1's thicker barrel apparently), and lastly the super nova. You also might be interested in the capacity, the Benelli is 4+1 (though there is at least one mag extenstion that bumps it to 6+1).

The 500, 88, 590, and 590A1 all have the same aluminum receiver. The differences in a nut shell, the 88 uses a different trigger group with a crossbolt safety while the 500 has a tang safety. The 88 receiver is not drilled for scope rail. The quality and specs of these 2 guns is beyond the Mossberg 500 and a used Remington 870. The barrel on the Mossberg is parkerized while the receiver on the Supernova is encased inside polymer to guard against rust. Both never jam.
