I have ez lynk so I can see some of the fuel pressures but I'm not sure where everything should lie.Remove the weight off the suspension and turning the T-bolts is not that difficult. Before you start measure fender height at the center of the wheel. Do 4 turns and take it for a short drive to let it settle. Sep 9, 2022 · Today, I pulled off the air tube and had a helper cranking the engine while I sprayed in some WD40 & starting fluid. It fired, ran a few seconds, and died again. The MAC Tools scanner shows codes P0087-00, P0102-00, and P-128E-00. The P0102-00 makes sense since I had the air tube disconnected.

The duramax engine has a long history of breaking cranks at that location. This is so much of a common issue that people have created cam shafts with altered firing orders to try to remove the stress from that point on the crank. Plenty of stock trucks have broken cranks like this.

Ended up being a lgh, out of a cab chassis 2013, everything matched up other then one egr plug. The injectors need a good bit of pressure to fire. If you apply a little bit of air pressure to the return line, and crank it, that will be your best chance of getting it to fire up quicker. Don't go crazy with the air though, 60-80 psi is about what I'd try to start off.

Pull each injector return line one at a time and crank. If there is more then just a small spit coming from an injector, its returning too much. Usually when an injector is bad it will be a steady stream of fuel coming from the top of the injector fuel return. Originally Posted by brokensmokin.

Yes that could quite possibly be the problem. Try removing all aftermarket programs/chips and see if that fixes your no start. Check to make sure your fuel filter is tight and the gaskets are not pinched. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors. Basically it is not seeing a signal from the camshaft because its not seeing the completed circuit. Sensor or wiring issue most likely.Remove the hypertech and try starting.
