Cons. Split for NPs is too low and not national standards- you get 52% of what you brought in per patient. They do not supply any computer, IT support, or technology stipend either. Overall low pay for what you are getting. No pto (they falsely advertise this), they “calculate” PTO into your proposed salary but you aren’t salary.
