I was having issues with the Flawless Widescreen and Widescreen fix combo, but this has worked flawlessly so far. EDIT: So far I haven't had any UI issues, nor have I had to tweak the UI. As far as I can tell this is a complete solution for Ultrawide Fallout 4. The Rainbox/PA HUD have been completely revamped and fit 21:9 monitors perfectly.Compatibility patch to fix small issues when using the Truby9 ultrawide mod on 2.4 aspect ratio displays. This should work for all 2.4 displays, but the only resolution that I know of 'in the wild' with this AR are 3840x1600. The game does not support ultrawide monitors. While you can force through an ini, your HUD and UI will be squashed, off-place, and broken. There used to be a mod that fixed it to a flawless it called UWPU, but the author had a fit and withdrew the mod from the Nexus. You may be able to find it floating around, though.
