Pedal seems less touchy. Now if we could just solve the CEL code problem, I would be extremely happy!! 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 L5P.Towing 35' gooseneck with deer stands (not heavy) Cleaning exhaust filter message popped up while driving at 75 mph for about 70 miles. Truck went into limp mode almost immediately after message popped up. Drove 25 mph to dealer 60 miles away. They performed a service regen but could not find another issue.
Remove thermostat. Flush the cooling system. Add water to the system. Keep the engine idle and slowly add a head gasket sealer to the radiator. A 2011, 2015, and 2017 they are not duallys with no problem like this one. The new 2018 seems to intermittently when driving and pushing on the accelerator to intermittently hesitate like it is staving for fuel almost like a slight bucking. But no check engine light. Also the lights dim every 5 seconds or so when at idle, the voltage goes from 14.5v down to 12.9 when this happens.
