If you remove the traffic lights along the center road in your industry area, the 'Not enough raw materials' issue goes away. And they were built roughly the same time so it makes sense now. Weirdly, total import is 323, while total export is 13,424 (yes, 13.4K).So yes, these different forestry industries use the same raw materials. You'll only start exporting when the amount of raw materials needed by these processors are met. So I suggest building more extractors, to meet the requirements of the zoned industries. In my last game I just created a road/rail/ship network that fed toward the launch site.
