Heck, a strength build doesn't hate a Heavy Nagakiba. Really depends on the stats you're going for if you're going full dex probably keen for example or if you're going for arcane then bleed. Arcane would be better with occult, since it has natural blood loss. As people pointed out it depends on your build.

For an 18 dex 80 int built, a magic uchi does 1488 damage. Moonveil does 1361 if you hit with the blade. An 80 dex lightning uchi does even more damage than a magic uchi.
