Amazon this week sent out a notice saying that the Amazon subscription plan for Asurion was changing from Asurion Tech Unlimited to Asurion Complete Protect. The plan amount isn't changing, fine and dandy. More stuff will be covered, wonderful. And coverage limits are increasing to $5,000/yr. Great.

Asurion was entirely unable to understand and warranty the exterior screen of the Z Fold 3. After the 8th call, and second trip to a second store to fix I determined that the Asurion deductible was HIGHER than the cost of simply paying the store to repair the phone directly. Which I did and they repaired the phone within 24 hours.Many folks have no idea they can even check battery life/capacity. If you’re in an area with in home repairs, Asurion is offering battery replacements. I’m not sure of the fee (if any), or what the battery health has to be in order to qualify, but it’s something to look into. Figured what the hell I'm home. This is why I swear by the otterbox and will never take it out of that case again. Lol it hurts like a heartbreak.
