I had a problem finding the Princess gift cards but I found them by searching the Redeem/All Rewards catalog and NOT the Redeem/Members Only catalog. However, I did get one to go through but never got a confirmation email (only a confirmation from PayPal). Yesterday the chat person said it was pending but still nothing.2 months ago I took mine on board and customer service applied them to my on board account. I would call or chat with princess again and see if that person made a mistake. My travel agent accepted them as payment for another booking. Good luck

So I am on the Sapphire Princess since December 1st. Some of my gift cards were entered by guest services on day 1 of the cruise. However, I had a few of them left and have been unable to have these remaining cards entered by guest services for the last 6 days as the 3rd party software the ship uses has been down for several days.
