The Dynamic tune does not rid you of these problems. The only benefit (if any) doing Dynamic over delete is that removing it requires another couple of miles driving for the engine to come up to full temp. So your mpg for about an extra 3-4 miles (only) is slightly less...but engine performance is improved.
It includes the whole exhaust with the kit all I need is a dsg tune and ecu tune. Trans tune is around 400. Add on tool rental of you diy. That's a grand for security deposit. ECU tune is 500 or better. Plus the cost of the tuner. Another 220. It gets expensive pretty quick. They're located in Canada, I just purchased my kit from them, just a tad over $1300 USD and that includes the delete kit (straight pipe from the turbo to stock muffler), tuner + 2 different HP tunes, and a DSG tune.

Well it might be just the way Malone lists it. Typically going "Stage I" with your car was doing software. Stage II was software with exhaust/intake work. In other words - disabling this exhaust valve will mess up the EGR system and (more importantly) prevent regeneration of the NOx storage catalyst. This will cause this catalyst to fail and it is much more expensive to replace than the exhaust flapper valve. No way around that without going for a emissions "delete" and tune. (Check your local area's laws regarding diesel cars). If the turbo fails it's about $1200 new. Add the dpf to that too since the turbo typically pukes oil into the dpf which clogs it with oil.
