This is copied straight from the RRECS guide. My route is a 46K with 600 boxes. So my current evaluation box factor was 2.0(600boxes X 2.0=1200 minutes per week). Under RRECS(600boxes X 1.2162=730 minutes per week) That is a difference of 470 minutes(7.83 HOURS!!!!) So, I have to make up almost EIGHT hours of evaluated time right out of the gate!!

Scanner setup is the easiest to win and should easily break through some people's notion that standards are written in stone. Then attack 86 PPM. Mar 15, 2020 · The current incarnation of the evaluation system is a catch-22. 1) Not making eval: why are you so slow, work faster! 2) Beating eval: the standards are too lax, need to tighten them up. This *should* be fixed by RRECS. The standards will be based on engineering principles, so they shouldn't be changed all willy-nilly. There is no separate credit under rrecs. I heard that scanning them separately helps the coverage % to give the credit to each address, but it does not help parcel time. So if it's to the same address it doesn't matter for rrecs time.
