Something on your cable feed may have changed and the tech will check your signal levels. For a basic Roamio or Bolt a level of 90% and SNR of 36dB is very good. The Plus and Bolt+ are different. Something happened at Tivo to mess up the guide. Go to guide setup and select the second channel e.g. 10.1* and 10.1 - After selecting all duplicate channels, go to guide.
