The Staccato P-4.15 Heritage Edition is a limited-edition handgun created for serious use. It offers numerous features to recommend it for carry and duty use while also being a great option for competition.I currently run this setup and like the flexibility of being able to shoot suppressed when I’d like. I've considered that - but my Staccato is 100% a competition gun, so I don't ever see the need to suppress it. Staccato also charges $500 to get a threaded barrel fitted, then you have to get the comp - so I was just hoping this DSC kit would ... The safety is good but thats not surprising because the 1911 safety is the best safety there is. Weight wise the Staccato clocks in at ~34oz and the Glock 17 at ~22oz. Thats a pretty big difference and the added weight is what helps the Staccato shoot well. For a duty gun though, I'm not sure if this is worth it.
