Apparently somewhere along the way my schedule got deleted. Twice, because I know I re-made it when I re-did the smart map. Maybe through app updates? I'm not sure. I just got mine this week also. I had heard about this issue so this is what I did - performed the initial set-up - Wi-Fi etc, and then left it alone to let it charge up on the dock for a bit.
