Ram 1500 clicking noise when starting.

Engine. 5.7 hemi. My 2020 ram is a push to start only. When I turn it to run it just clicks. The brakes are locked like a security issue. Was towed to a dealership a month ago for same issue and was told it was the starter. I towed it back to my house to find out it was not the starter.
