I've tried several settings to try and get a pre-market scanner to work (including ensuring the "EXT" box is checked), but every morning before the bell in all of the scans I use they show "0%" as the % change for all ticker symbols. I believe during pre-market, the current day's candle won't even exist yet -- the chart will still have the previous day's candle as the most recent candle, which is why the scanner is returning results for the previous day.
