With shipping and the repair it was around $200 all in. The Gator now shifts as it should have from the factory. Well worth the money spent.

The secondary/driven clutch is at the bottom and you can see the belt is at the very top when it's not running. You can also see how the primary/drive clutch has opened all the way letting the belt "fall" down to the shaft. It is not tight and the belt has some clearance on either side when it's at the bottom.
