Unfortunately your door latch is just failing. Open the door and push in on the door/light switch so the oven thinks the door is shut. Then wiggle the door latch and see if the latch will reset in case it's stuck. Keep wiggling it for 30 seconds or so while holding the switch in. If it won't reset, the door latch just needs to be replaced.
