There are three (3) choices for SMOG pump delete: Keep original belt and pulleys. Gut the insides of the smog pump, have it rotate like an idler pulley. Get a smaller belt, bypass the smog pump. Keep original belt, get the bracket and pulley to replace the smog pump, and get larger pulleys.

It also makes the engine tidier.removes some weight too. after you remove the pump and the metal line coming from the back of the the heads, you need to plug those up or it will sound like you are running no mufflers.
