Honda serviced the tranny at 49k and replaced the 3rd pressure switch…no other trans service has been done. 6 Posts. #47 · Apr 19, 2010. 2004 blinking "D" no codes. My 2004 "D" light just started blinking as well. Ody has 87000. Local transmission shop hooked it up to a reader and said there was no transmission code, just a generic engine code p0700. Fluid level is fine. fluid looks reddish grayish.

It operated perfect. Now as the subject line says, Im having a CEL + TCS + Flashing D4 light. DTC code I pulled from it was a p1751. Transmission is not right either. When this happens, the transmission shifts just a little harder than normal into 2nd & 3rd an does not shift into 4th/5th and does not lockup the TC.

The D light changing intensity is a different problem than a flashing (pulsing) light. Changing intensity is due to changing resistance in the light circuit, probably the contacts at the transmission switch. Just solved this issue on a 2007 Pilot - D3 and D light on and blinking - engine light on - (would not shift into 4th) - mechanic changed out the transmission range sensor located near the fill tube. Issue solved. Code had come back as P0700 and P 0705.You can also pull the cover of the underhood fuse box and check the voltage at the alternator in put there. There are two large screws on the drivers side of the fuse box. That's where the alternator power comes in and then goes to the battery from there.
