The lights and the wiring harness are available at your Ford dealer. 5 lights and 1wiring harness are about 75.00. The parts pictured are the stock numbers needed if you do not have a factory satellite radio. A different wiring harness is required if you have the factory satellite radio. Lights do not come with nuts and washers they are 5mm.

You can plug the hole in your intake and re route the line from the oil fill out of the engine bay under the truck. The CCV blows an Oily mist into the intake, thus putting oil in the intercooler.Oct 10, 2012 · For the intake. Spray it down with brake clean and power wash it. Spray it with brake clean again and let it sit overnight in a sealed garbage bag to keep the brake clean from evaporating away. It's a 2001 7.3 6 speed with 78000 miles on it. There is a Banks Brake installed on it (have no clue what other mods are on it yet, dealership didn't know). My question is, there is a Banks on/off switch on the dash along with these gauges.

2032 posts · Joined 2009. #2 · May 15, 2015. Fuel pressure is too low. At idle should be in the 60-70 psi range, and should never drop below 48 psi, as injector damage will occur. If not already installed, the OEM Blue Spring for the fuel pressure regulator will help increase fuel pressure, but not sure if it will help enough under load.

You turn your cruise control on, hit the set button and it automaticaly goes to 1000 rpm. A while back I had a leak in the up pipe that used to feed my EGR, back when I had an EGR. I may have broken it when I removed the EGR, but who knows. Rather than replacing the pipe, which would be impossible with the cab on, I decided to take the pipe out and relocate the EPB sensor.

It's extra work but it makes the entire project much easier, plus you can do a hutch/harpoon mod at the same time. Step 2: Trim the e-brake cable mounting bracket, your OEM hanger will straddle this. Step 3: OEM hanger in new location around e-brake cable bracket, four 1/2" holes drilled in frame to mount hanger.

It is oil so your injector o-rings are probably shot allowing oil to blow by. The water is a different story. I am not at all sure what will have to be done, but before I did anything I would siphon it all out and go from there.I recently changed my oil for the first in my used '03 7.3; after about 1200 miles, the oil is still clear and the crankcase is full. I used Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15W-40 because it is the least costly to buy and it also conforms to the Ford oil specification for the engine.
