yesterday i made a try on a basic challenge and i completed it in 1:55:20, so im early game... i've advanced trained the whole night and now im able to idle mega lands, i will try to farm the gear since the mega set is great for short rebirths, i think that i will make a long rebirth, trying to max this set and doing NGU Adventure the whole rebirth.

Just 1 instead of 0. Advanced trainins resets to 0 when you rebirth, that perk allows you to have levels right from the start instead of starting from 0. "the good way to farm" AP are challenges. Target time is about a month when you can do bunch of them and get significant AP boost. Natural daily gain will suck first few months. And as Fel said, advanced filter, then red heart is preferred if you don't spend money. Yellow heart is only worth buying first if you want to spend money soon.

This also depends on your NGU levels, for the ones that apply to challenges (power, augments, wandoos and gold) around 5K levels is enough for what I mentioned above. No equipment (NEC) is a good one to do as well, but at 5K challenge NGUs it might still be a bit long.
