Hi! Sorry I’m a little late in responding, but I just wanted to thank you for the information. I’m a bit late because it’s taken me this long to actually try the fixes you recommend (for the past few months I’ve just been resetting it every time I check and then pressing the “cycle” button; this worked, but obviously wasn’t a permanent fix).

Ok so on the side of the bonnet there are 2 tabs make sure they are clicked in. Maybe try taking it off and then placing it back on. You should be able to press the in with your fingers. Shouldn’t need any tools. I have never heard of a “keyhole plug”.
