Sorry I didn't exactly use my commas lol. My point was just that I haven't actually taken the mcat so I can't speak on it too much. But from my anki use, practice questions, and full length practice exams (FL's), I think the deck is a very good foundation, I don't think there's a need to go read a psych/soc textbook.

Coffin's Anki deck is just a combination of Bouras's P/S and JackSparrow2048's remaining sections, so it's not really a new deck.Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld. You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down. Kaplan & Anking/MilesDown. I've been going through the Kaplan books and using MilesDown (Anking version) and have recently noticed that there are a lot of terms and concepts in the Kaplan books that are not in the deck. I've been adding them in on my own but I'm wondering how necessary it is to know every single bolded term from the Kaplan ...I did around 80 biochem and 80 biology cards per day and then 20 physics cards. I worked through premed P/S and did about 80 cards per day out of that too but I'm sure you could do 80 MD cards as well. I skipped the chem decks due to burnout and it was my strongest subject. What I did though, is do the anki cards and any that don’t seem immediately intuitive, watch the khan academy or read other sources associated with it. For example, something like Piagets sensorimotor phase being infants, pretty easy no real need for a video.The first time I got a 128 on PS and the second time I got a 132. The first time I followed everyone's advice, I did anki and nothing else.
