Set it re-size to .806 to .807, and you will be just right. That's not much of a change, but it will relieve a lot of stress on the collet. As far as the sizing ring on the 600 jr., just take what it gives and if they fit OK, then no problem. If it isn't sizing enough, then replace the ring. Look on Mec's website and download the manuals for the respective model you have. If it has a flat base plate and a silver sticker with the S/N then its a pre 82.
