I'm using O'Reilly's MasterPro brand 75w-90 full synthetic GL-5 gear oil in the transfer case of a 2017 Honda Pilot Elite AWD. It's close enough to spec and having new fluid in there is better than old Honda HGO-1 fluid. Drain and fill is less than half a bottle so it's cheap to change every 3 years.
