Decreasing reimbursements by insurance companies, saturation of the job markets, and exploitation by older podiatrists. The reason some people are getting higher GPAs in Podiatry School than their undergrad IS probably due to getting their act together. Think of it this way. MD student had a 3.8 in undergrad.
