IMO, you are restricted to the RC48-G20, RC54-G20, or RC60-G20 mower decks to mount on a Kubota G1900. Did you move the leaver to rear only and back to mid. With it in rear only the mid will turn free. With engine off, move it to mid while turning the shaft. You should feel it connect.
