Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.

May 30, 2020. #1. Have a 99 TJ 4.0. Replaced everything in the cooling system including radiator, water pump, thermostat, fan clutch, overflow bottle. Has 180 deg stat with a 3/16 hole drilled in the flange for burping. It runs at 210 degrees sometimes a little warmer. It keeps blowing coolant out of the vent on the overflow bottle and the fan ...Add more using the spill free funnel and make sure all the air is removed. A bad radiator cap can explain this. If the cap opens at a lower pressure than what the cooling system is rated at then coolant will be released through the overflow tube once that pressure is achieved, which it will under normal operation. The white cap is the overflow tank, not the radiator. It's normal for coolant to expand when driving, and if your head gasket is leaking you should ALSO expect gasses in your coolant which expand even more.
