I knew a tech was working on it the first time only because I saw my DSL1 light turn green, and DSL2 light simultaneously turn red. After a while, both lights were green again. Much to my frustration, I STILL could not get connected to the internet, with either modem, even though I got a text from Centurylink saying my repair was complete.
