My 1990 honda accord lx is stuck in park and wont move. I am assuming that you mean the gear shift lever cannot be moved from the Park position. If so, first check the fuse for the shift-lock mechanism. It is either in the fusebox under the dash on the driver side, or under the hood near the battery. Also check the brake pedal.

At first I thought it was the Immobilizer System but that indicates it will not start. It appears to be something related with security system.
