The red sunda and red Malay at 7 grams definitely had me chilling. The yellow elephant was nice and relaxing at 4g with medium energy and descent mood. Kratom: the one called Trainwreck. Hi! So I just went and bought for the very first time. I'm going through WD from Suboxone. The guy at the shop asked if I'm looking for pain relief or energy and I said both. He said the trainwreck is a mix of 4 strains and that it was his best seller, so I bought it. In capsules.

4 grams is a single dose. If the kratom is any good then 4 grams should get you feeling right. Also just because it has botanicals in its name doesn't mean it's trash. I've tried Harvest Kratom before (which is what you mainly use) and found that the kratom they have is very low tier. Furthermore, this is why the price is so cheap.
