It took me ages to get good on the wheel. 1: Dont use other tunes and make your own soft settings tunes. 2: For Rally, you need AWD and offroad racing tires. 3: Build yours cars with more grip upgrades and less power upgrades. 4: Make sure you only go up 1 class from stock, or preferably remain in same class.
I would recommend searching for Logitech Gaming Software and see if installing it helps at all. Just remember to unplug and plug in your wheel during setup.
