On ryujinx, probably not. Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw. Same for me: In yuzu it feels like slowmo but not really laggy or stuttery.(It is not like the "low-FPS-feeling" I have in other PC-games; there it gets stuttery) I use Mod called "60FPS" (v1.6.0). Without that Mod i'm with 30 FPS and no slowmo. I'm using the OPENGL setting, because VULCAN makes it worse.

Which isn't hard by the way. It runs like a dream and the graphic mods are fantastic. The only meaningful way in which the Switch version of BOTW was better than the Wii U version was when it came to the native resolution that it rendered in. But that's a non issue in emulation since you can run CEMU BOTW at 8K if your GPU can handle it.
