My suggestion is to use the Comp Cams 280 Magnum cam. Single pattern cam, 230 @ 050, 110 LSA. It will have a slight lope, small enough for a good idle with 10:1 CR, but also big enough to bleed off some compression for detonation control. X2. Used this cam in a friends 454 that is real similar to your set-up.
